The creation of PsychoNoetics is the life's work of Dr. Jeffrey S. Eisen, an academically trained psychologist and psychotherapist. Dr. Eisen's discoveries brought him to a breakthrough expansion of Freud's id, ego and super-ego structural model ofthe psyche called the Enoe, and a revolutionary vision of the Self-Illuminated Human. As a PsychoNoetic therapist, teacher and practitioner, Dr. Eisen's work expands the boundaries of Enlightenment to help us understand when we are in the Right Place. The Right Place can be described as the inner compass for the Noble Eightfold Path, and the achievement of Level II Enlightenment or Unconditional Enlightenment--an effortless state of full-time awakening. It was woven out of many strands, among them academic and clinical psychology, Noetic Science, Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics, Psychosynthesis, LaChance technique, Edu-K, NAET, with the transformational philosophies of Taoism, Buddhism, and Advaita Vedanta, and the internal martial arts of Aikido and Tai Chi Chuan.
Dr. Eisen is a gifted speaker, facilitator and author of hundreds of unpublished essays, four books, and a forthcoming one titled
The De-Programmed Human. Playing 20 Questions With God, An Introduction to the Clearing Path of PsychoNoetics is both an engaging overview of the development of PsychoNoetics, and a comprehensive guide to applying it to your life.
Oneness Perceived, A Window Into Enlightenment is a monumental body of work that attempts a unified field theory from the viewpoint of nonduality with academic precision and rigor, and stands to become a key reference within the alternative scientific community.
Dr. Eisen has appeared in an EnlightenNext webinar with Ken Wilber, Deepak Chopra, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Brian Robertson, and Andrew Cohen, recorded online interviews with EnlightenNext Magazine, and collaborated with the first director of the Institute of Noetic Science (IONS) who inspired the name PsychoNoetics.

The PsychoNoetic Science Institute (PSI) was founded and created by Cullen Kowalski in order to promote the theory and practices of PsychoNoetics and the work of Dr. Jeffrey Eisen. The first time he experienced the power of PsychoNoetics in himself, he realized that this was probably the most significant new discovery in human history to date, a discovery that has the potential to catapult the ten percent of humanity towards the critical tipping point it is believed will effect a phase change in global consciousness. Shortly after meeting Dr. Eisen, Cullen, during a walking meditation, received a message that Dr. Eisen's work in PsychoNoetics was of the utmost importance to the survival of the planet, and that it was to be his work to make it known.
Cullen completed Bachelors and Masters degrees in Information Systems and obtained an MBA in Innovation, Strategy and Information Technology in a joint venture program launched by INSEAD, MIT and France Telecom. Cullen studied with Thich Nhat Hanh at Plum Village Monastery where he went on to join the staff to teach the
Dharma.
Today, he continues daily mindfulness practice for the effect it has on him and those around him, but he finds he needs to practice less as he acquires the every minute mindfulness which comes with the meditative processing of PsychoNoetics.
Cullen’s twenty-year career began in Intellectual Property Law but then took the unlikely turn of working at NASA Goddard to help build systems to support six launches of the U.S. Space Shuttle. Continuing on after a stint at the International Monetary Fund, Cullen developed a global financial system for the Assistant Secretary of State and CFO while at the U.S. State Department. After completing his business degree, he went on to do market research at Google France and Microsoft.
As Executive Director for the PsychoNoetic Science Institute, Cullen sees his role as creating and guiding a team of volunteers, advisors, and staff who collectively evolve PSI into a second-tier mainstream organization -while simultaneously transforming themselves with PsychoNoetics - under the direction of Dr. Eisen.
However the passion that moves him is to establish PsychoNoetics as a daily practice of psychospiritual hygiene, one that will enter the mainstream culture and be as ordinary and natural as counting from one to ten, noticing your breathing or any other mindfulness practice.
